| I started training as a signaller in Kings Cross PSB from late 1985 and then progressed to a PSB supervisor before attempting to escape !
The job was challenging and it is fair to say that I learnt more about human nature than signalling and it was certainy a learning curve. With the inception of Railtrack I was made redundant and opted for a Route Support post at Peterborough but also applied for promtion to the post of Production Controller based at Cambridge.Whilst most of these pictures were taken whilst out and about in the area from 1985 (with the odd deviation) I have also included a few earlier ones. |
